Terms of Service

1. Acceptance and operator

By accessing or using PittsburghEverything, creating an account, submitting a business, or purchasing a paid plan, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the applicable service.

PittsburghEverything is a Pittsburgh-focused publishing, directory, and promotional service operated by Valleytainment Productions LLC.

2. Accounts and acceptable use

You must provide accurate, current information and keep your account secure. You may not impersonate another person or business, submit knowingly false or misleading information, interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access, abuse automated endpoints, or use PittsburghEverything for unlawful activity.

We may restrict, suspend, or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect users, the service, legal rights, or platform integrity.

3. Business listings and editorial independence

Business owners may submit, claim, or request corrections to eligible listings. You represent that you are authorized to provide the business information and media you submit. Listings and material changes may be reviewed before publication, and we may reject, correct, archive, or remove content that is inaccurate, unsafe, unlawful, duplicative, misleading, or inconsistent with our publishing standards.

Free editorial inclusion and paid promotion are separate. Payment does not buy an editorial recommendation, a “Best Of” designation, verification of a business license or quality, or a guarantee of traffic, leads, sales, search ranking, or other performance.

4. Paid plans, renewals, changes, and cancellation

Paid business plans are recurring subscriptions billed monthly or annually at the price and cadence shown before you enter Stripe Checkout. Your subscription renews automatically until canceled. Stripe processes payments for PittsburghEverything on behalf of Valleytainment Productions LLC.

You can manage supported plan changes, payment methods, invoices, and cancellation through My Account and the Stripe Customer Portal. Cancellation is scheduled for the end of the current paid period unless the checkout or portal states otherwise. Plan changes may create prorations when Stripe displays them.

A failed renewal can place a subscription into a payment-recovery state. We may preserve paid benefits during a reasonable recovery period and downgrade or suspend paid benefits when the subscription becomes unpaid, canceled, or otherwise no longer entitled.

Cancellation stops future renewals but does not automatically reverse prior charges. Refunds, credits, and legally required exceptions are handled according to any policy shown at purchase and applicable law.

5. User content and intellectual property

You keep ownership of content you submit. You grant PittsburghEverything a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, resize, format, display, distribute, and promote that content as reasonably necessary to operate and market the service and the listing you requested. You must have the rights and permissions needed for submitted text, logos, photos, and other media.

PittsburghEverything branding, original editorial content, software, layout, and other materials remain protected by applicable intellectual-property law unless stated otherwise.
