Built in 1877, the Duquesne Incline is one of Pittsburgh's most iconic attractions. The 400-foot ride takes visitors up Mount Washington to an observation deck with stunning views of downtown Pittsburgh, the three rivers, and surrounding hills. The original 1877 cable car machinery is still in operation, and the upper station houses a small museum.
